WordDiff is a handy application that let let you find differences in Microsoft Word Documents. Comparing the documents word by word WordDiff will highlight the first word that is different. Resume the search at any point by positioning the cursor at any location in the documents.

Highlight changes...
When WordDiff finds a difference it will highlight the word. With a single button you can toggle to apply/remove the highlighting.

Binary or Textual compare...
The application lets you perform Binary or Textual comparison by selecting the compare mode from the options dialog box. Binary comparison will perform a more stringent compare than textual. A textual comparison will not find changes in upper or lower case for example.
