SQL*XL: Force calculcation of all functions

In the Insert Function | Calculation menu there is a menu item called "Force calculation of all functions". This menu item will force all Excel formula to recalculate.

Pressing F9 in Excel will also calculate the worksheet however if the source data of the formula does not change Excel will not recalculate the formula. You cannot run an Excel command to recalculate all functions. This is what selecting this menu item will do. It will force Excel to recalculate all formulas.
