In the Insert Function | Calculation menu there is a menu item
called "Calculate SQL*XL Functions". Selecting this menu item will force all SQL*XL formula to be recalculated.
You may want to use this function instead of using the Volatile versions of
the SQL*XL functions provided. Volatile functions will always be recalculated by
Excel, therefore they can potentially slow down the worksheet calculation.
This menu item therefore offers the possibility to manually refresh all your
SQL*XL functions so you don't have to use Volatile functions.
