When Outlook is selected as target for the fetched results,
this option can be used to immediately send the message. When you leave this option unticked, the email will also
be created in the outbox of MS Outlook. The difference is that the email will not be sent unless you open the email
and press the send button.
Tick this box when you want the email to be sent immediately. Leave this box unticked when you want to edit the
email before you send it.
