This dialog is used to enter values for bind or substitution variables used in SQL or PL/SQL. Please note that while talking about parameters we sometimes also call them variables.

There are two types of parameters, bind variables and substitution parameters. You specify the parameter type with the type dropdown.

Please note that you also define parameters using commands: see accept and define.
