This dropdown is used to specify a data type for the bind variable. First select a parameter from the list, then
specify a data type in this text box.
There are 4 datatypes available: Other, Number, String and Date. The default is Other which indicates that you
have not specifically set a data type. I suggest to always choose a data type. This will avoid implicit data conversions
by the database. These conversions are done silently and usually give rise to unexpected results at some point.
