Maintenance
Maintenance comprises technical support and software updates.
Maintenance is offered in two
standard packages. Technical support assists you in the use of the software. The upgrades subscription provides
free fixes and patches.

The technical support plan provides help in the use of our software. Use it for howto questions or to
resolve technical problems. A few examples:
- Installation & Configuration issues.
- Integration of software in your
business.
Technical Support Plan details:
- Duration: 12 months or 6 incidents
- Support is done via email
- All fixes & modifications are
courtesy of LIT

The upgrade subscription plan provides free upgrades if the software is enhanced or bugfixed. Use
this plan if you want to receive fixed software when faults are found (by you or by others). Also, the upgrades
subscription sends you upgrades when the software is developed further.
Upgrades Subsciption details:
- Duration: 12 months.
- All upgrades of software are courtesy to LIT.
- Direct email contact to the developers to discuss problems/bugs
- Upgrades will be sent as and when they happen.
