Create records in Object oriented type

Quote:
I want to insert records in Object oriented type, for example

CREATE TYPE B_TYPE AS OBJECT( CITY  VARCHAR2(30),     NUMBER(26,2));
CREATE TABLE B( NAME    VARCHAR2(30) PRIMARY KEY,     DETAIL    B_TYPE);

I think the following SQL will work:

insert in to B (NAME, DETAIL ) values ('name', B_TYPE('city',123))

To use this with your Excel data you need use cell formulas to put the values into the SQL above in place of the fixed values I used.
