New release of Outlook2Excel
A new release of Outlook2Excel was made today. The new version was made compatible with the 32 and 64 bits versions of Office 2010. It was also tested on windows 7.
Small enhancements were made in the fomatting of the results and in the index. The index now uses hyperlinks to enable quick access to the tab with the emails.
Outlook2Excel works as follows:
Connection is made to Outlook first. From a folders list you can select the folders you wish to download to Excel.
Next connection with Excel is made and the process to pump the data into Excel commences.
After the process Outlook2Excel has populated an Excel spreadsheet with the following details:
The first tab contains an index. Each row represents an email folder that was exported to Excel.
Subsequent Excel tabs are made for each folder that was exported.
A hyperlink in the index allows quick access to the relevant tab with the emails of the selected folder.
Registered users with an active maintenance scheme will automatically receive a new version of the software. When you are not in a maintenance scheme, please contact us to quote for an upgrade price.
