Use hlp files in windows 7

On computers that are running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Server 2008 R2, you may be unable to open Help files (.hlp) that require the Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) program.

Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows 7

WinHlp32.exe is required to display 32-bit Help files that have the ".hlp" file name extension. To view .hlp files on Windows 7, you need to install this application.
