litLIB: EigenValues and EigenVectors functions
 
EigenValues and EigenVectors functions are added to the litLIB functions library for Excel. With EigenVectors the eigenvectors of a matrix are calculated. The corresponding eigenvalues are calculated using the EigenValues function.

Litlib "eigenvectors" function does not return vectors, but only one cell (installed and running in Excel 2010). Why is that? How do I get all the eigenvalues?

You need to define them as array formulas.  
 
E.g. If the source matrix is 3x3 your eigenvalue and eigenfunction matrices should also be 3x3.  
 
To enter these array formulas, it is the easiest to enter the formula in once cell, as you did. The result is the element 11, row 1 column 1. Now, select this cell and expand the selection so you have a range selected of 3x3 where the first cell is at the top left. Press F2 to edit the cell. Your formula becomes visible again. Now press ctrl-alt-enter to make this an array formula. All 9 cells will now be connected to the same single function. The resulting 3x3 matrix will be shown in the cells.
