ExcelLock: Allowing adding new data to secured XLS

I know your software allows me to hide all formulae while keeping certain variable input cells open to modification. However, one entire worksheet within the workbook only contains old data, where the user should be able to input new rows (using CTRL and "+" command) with new numbers and re-save the updated file. Is this possible using ExcelLock?

After securing the workbook no new cells can be inserted. However you can make a whole row unprotected. So, if your workbook needs data in say A10Cheesy1000, then you can make this range unprotected or you can just unprotect ACheesy. The most important thing is that your fomulas that are located say in column F, G, ... are safe and protected.
