litLIB: Added SplitText function

The SplitText array function was added to the litLIB power users library for Excel.

SplitText is a function to split a text into fields. By default the delimiting character is a space but you can use any string that delimit fields. The values are displayed in individual cells.

SplitText function improved

The SplitText function was improved to not allow empty cells. If empty cells are permissible then the csv function should be used instead to parse a text into separate fields. The SplitText function is intended to split values from a string that are delimited by one or more delimiting characters.

Example:
The following text is separated by more than one space. The SplitText function now returns 9 fields for this string. Previously every space was used as a field delimiter and a lot of empty fields were created.
