litLIB: added the Words function
 
The words function was added to litLIB, the power functions Excel pack. Words is an array function. It splits a string into individual words. If you have any data in which the fields are split with one or more spaces you can use this function to extract the data into individual columns. Increabibly handy when you need to parse text based tabular data.
 
Example:
A1:   This is a set of words
A2:F2: =Words(A1)
 
Words is an array function. Select A2 through to F2 and type the formula into Excel's formula bar. Then press Alt-Enter. You will see that the cells will now each contain a word:
 
         A      B      C     D     E      F
2      This    is      a     set    of    words
