litLIB: added the csv function

The csv function was added to litLIB, the power functions library for Excel. CSV can parse a comma separated values file and display the values in individual cells. It can take the CSV from a string, a file or a web page. Yes! a web page.

Consider this example. Retrieve CSV Yahoo Finance information (stock exchange information) and display it as Excel data with in each cell one value:
=csv("http://ichart.finance.yahoo.com/table.csv?s=^DJI&a=1&b=1&c=2000&d=1&e=1&f=2001&g=d&ignore=.csv", "http")

You can also view a csv file directly in Excel:
=csv("c:\myfile.csv","file")
