litLIB: added the Mid2 function

The mid2 function was added to litLIB, the Excel power functions library. It is similar to Excel's mid function but the last parameter Length is optional.

Excel's mid function takes 3 parameters: Text, Start and Length. However if one wants to copy a sub string at a certain position you need to know how long the remainder of the string is. There are various ways to achieve it using more formulas, e.g. using Right and Length but with the new Mid2 function you can just omit the length parameter to copy the remainder of the string.

Example:
=Mid2("Hello World",3)
Result: llo World
