You can use SQL*XL for this. Please download it from
http://www.oraxcel.com/downloads/index.htm?product=sqlxl
 
Organise your data in Excel as a table. This means, type column headings that can be used in Oracle and do not introduct blank columns or rows.
 
Then use the multiple rows insert feature in SQL*XL to insert. It will even create the table for you if you like.
