Forms, Apex or ADF

Apex is a database browser. The power of APEX is the quick development of a user friendly database interface.

JDeveloper/ADF is a technology to build a coporate system where the focus lies on systems integration.

Oracle Forms is the old technology, however is there is no real need to adopt one of the new technologies Forms can be continued to be used.
