Oracle Forms Designer: action item button width

The default is that Oracle designer generates forms with all action items of the same width. The longest item defines the width for all. To change this you need to set the module generator preferences. Change the Action item preference: Actionitem button width (AIBBWD):

Use this preference to specify the width of buttons generated from action items. Either specify one of the options below or enter a numeric value for the width.

Default:      LONGEST TEXT
Values:      (a number), up to 15 characters

(a number)
All buttons will be the specified width in characters (must be greater than zero)
LONGEST TEXT
All buttons are the size of the button with the longest text on it.
INDIVIDUAL TEXT
Each button is just big enough to hold its own text.
NONE
Width specified by each repository action item's Button Width property
