Installing the SQLDebug database objects
SQL*Debug is a debugging software program that allows the debugging of Oracle PL/SQL. It is especially helpful in debugging packages, functions, triggers and other stored objects.
With a dbms_otuput.put_line like syntax you can print debug message using the package call sqldebug.debug just giving as a parameter the message you would like to capture. Instead of dbms_output the output is not sent to the screen but to a windows program instead. The SQL*Debug program can tune into a particular session and will display the messages that will be generated from that session only.
To install the SQL*Debug database objects the install.sql script is provided. To install this script I suggest you use SQL*Plus on the database server. It is best to use a central schema. If you have no central schema you can use sys or system. I have used sys below.

Z:\>sqlplus sys/passwd@ora10g as sysdba
