I see this category in the Excel macro/references window. There's also a "ribbon" sub-directory created when unzipping the SQLXL.zip file.

Ribbon is a fat toolbar of Excel 2007 that replaces the toolbar and menu we were used to. SQL*XL now also has a ribbon so when you use Excel 2007 the SQL*XL ribbon interface shows.  
 
Nothing to worry about when you use a lower Excel version!
