Oracle designer - Positioning items in a block

To position items in a block and override the designer defaults you can use the "The Relative Tab Stops Editor". First go to the module component (block) you want to format. In the properties specify "Tab Stop Scope" = Self. Then show the whole module in the module diagram (data view). Select the module component and right click to specify the relative tab stops editor. Here you can specify tab stops and align the items in the block to these tab stops.
