Pivot table documentation update

An update was made to the documentation about pivot table output targets in SQL*XL.

When a query is executed an output target can be selected. You can retrieve the data into Excel cells by using the Excel output target but you can also receive the results in a pivot table. The advantage is that a lot of rows can be attached (no 65,000 row limit as in Excel97-2003) and that the data is immediately ready for analysis in the pivot table. Another benefit is that SQL*XL can refresh the resultset attached to the pivot table. You can later rerun the SQL and the attach the new data to the existing pivot table.
