Searching through PLSQL in Oracle Forms (fmb)

Searching through PLSQL in Oracle Forms (.fmb) files

To search through PL/SQL in a set of Oracle 10g Forms modules (.fmb files) I first tried to convert to text and search the text files. Unfortunately the conversion to text (fmt) does not convert the PL/SQL to text. That doesn't help therefore.

I used the technique to open all fmb files in the forms builder using the DOS command:
for %%f in (*.fmb) do start %%f

Then I collapsed all the opened modules in the object navigator. Using Edit, Find and replace PL/SQL I searched the files. Briefly opening each file will expand the objects in the list.
All expanded object nodes contain the keywords, all collapsed object nodes do not contain the keywords.
