Hide Excel formula errors.
 
To hide formula errors in Excel different techniques can be used. One is to embed the formula in an IF formula as follows:
 
=IF( ISERROR( A1/A2 ) , "", A1/A2 )
This could hide the error if A2 = 0.
 
Another technique involves conditional formatting. Add a new conditional format to the cell in error. Choose Formula and type:  
=ISERROR(A1)
Then attach the formatting of white text on a white background.
 
This will hide the error also (you can't see it but it is still there of course).
