Auto hide the note SQL*XL uses to store the SQL

I received some feedback from users about the comment SQL*XL uses to store the SQL. The comment often hides the first row and column details. Very frequently they find themselves hiding the comment as the first thing they do after running a query.

The question was whether this note can be automatically hidden. It needs to be there to facilitate easy requerying and query refreshing. You can requery by modifying the comment text. Showing the SQL dialog while the selected cell contains the SQL*XL comment will load the text into the SQL dialog again.

An option was added to indicate whether a note should be shown or hidden. On the resultset dialog a checkbox was added: Show Note. The default for this option is to show the note. If you want to change this default, please use the program preferences to change the value to No (default is Yes).
