How to only insert new data using multiple rows insert

Praveen from the USA asked the following question.

Question:
I was able to upload from worksheets to tables . How do i specify the range if I want to select only the newly added excel rows as we will constantly adding new rows to excel and only those should be migrated to a table

DataRange:=Range("$A$2:$B$6")

Answer:
You can enter any valid range to the DataRange parameter to the Multiple Rows Insert statement.
The difficulty is that SQL*XL cannot guess which rows are new. If your new rows were in rows 7 to 9 you could use:

DataRange:=Range("A7:B9")

There could be a very easy option too. Why not let the user select the cells with the new data. Suppose they would select cells A7 to B9. Then the parameter becomes simply:

DataRange:=Selection
