Support for Oracle's timestamp data type

Basic support for Oracle's timestamp data type was built into SQL*XL. Executing select statements that bring back a column of data type timestamp, timestamp time zone or limestamp local time zone work fine through OO4O, Oracle OLE DB and ODBC. Please do not use the Microsoft OLE DB provider for Oracle. This provider does not work correctly with this data type.

The support for timestamp was also added to single row insert. The multiple rows insert, multiple rows update and single row update functions could not be achieved.
