I have uninstalled SQL*XL but the menu item and toolbar is still visible in Excel. Everytime I click it I get an error: module not found.

Answer:
This will happen when you do not uninstall SQL*XL from Excel first as explained earlier. You can manually remove the SQL*XL toolbar and menu. Read this help topic:
